Q: How do I place an order? Browse the catalog, select your size, and proceed to checkout. All orders are confirmed by email.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your size and shipping address before completing your purchase.
SIZING
Q: How do your sizes fit? Our tees are unisex and run true to US sizing. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Detailed size charts are available on each product page.
Q: What fabric are the shirts made from? Each piece is printed on a premium heavyweight cotton tee. Soft, structured, and built to last.
SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship worldwide? Yes. WA ships to every corner of the world, from Nagano to wherever you are.
Q: How long does shipping take? Domestic (Japan): 3–7 business days International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Q: Will I be charged customs or import duties? International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return or exchange my order? All WA pieces are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged? If your order arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the address on our Contact page, with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
OTHER
Q: How do I care for my garment? Turn inside out. Wash cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the print.
